location was good. I tried only coffee which was okay. there was basic things missing like kettle, towel ,etc

Wheni reached the airport I asked the auto drivers to reach the hotel Susee Park but they were demanding too hefty amount like 600 or more. Even the ola and uber drivers are asking for 150-200 than shown fare on app somehow i reached the hotel Services were nice They offered brushed and toothpaste for coming guests Area was clean and decent Checkin and check out were easy . So overall good experience

It was good and fine and I liked it so in conclusion it was a good experience indeed

We had a very comfortable stay at Susee Park, Tiruchirapalli.

rooms had strong cigarette smell. changed two rooms. for the money paid, it's not worth it.

The hotel’s maintenance is extremely poor, and there is no dedicated parking for vehicles. Parking outside is both risky and highly inconvenient due to the prime location and one-way traffic in the area. The beds are uncomfortable, and the room is infested with mosquitoes. I would not recommend staying here, even if other reviews seem positive.

They didnt provide water bottle proactively and also basic toileries . Have to go down to reception to get. No option to watch ott playfotms . Very old tvs , no smart or Android TVs.⅞

The toilet and the property needs an emergency renovation and cleaning. It is not at all hygienic and the room was full of mosquitos.

It is a decent hotel in main market with well connectivity to public transport.

Toilet seat and jet spray was in bad condition and informed to reception but he couldn’t took any action and didn’t fixed the issue, even his behaviour was not good.

At the time of check in asked for extra charge, no food service, even if i have declared childeren in booking asking for extra money

Room was spacious. The split ac installed in the room was old & was not keeping the room cool. The bathroom was very hot across the day. Horrible situation.

Location very good. Restaurant only next door. So very convenient. Person in charge was very helpful.

Hotel is situated in bazaar area. It feels noisy in the night as vehicles horn continues even in night. But overall nice experience. Srirangam is also nearby.

The location is very strategic to the shopping area. I need to make the hotel more clean and provide a water heater for drinking water in the room
