not clean and toilets were smelling . worst experience. not expected from MMT. not with one room all rooms were same . property was good but not maintained.

No rooms were ready for us when we reached the Hotel at 1300hrs 8 Feb. On showing the booking printout we were told the Hotel had no prior knowledge of our stay. We decided to visit the Sanctuary first and check in later. Two rooms were made available at 1700 hours. Tatasky was not working.

It was comfortable and clean. Food was good. Jagan was extremely helpful with everything. Great property.

Very terrible experience. Looks like it's a wedding venue than a hotel. Due to off season te occupancy was very low. The room was not clean, we were given a used bedsheet for extra bed, tv was not working, nobody was present at the reception to attend intercom calls. Overall a very bad experience.

Wifi was not working, thew first room we entered, it has smell in the bathroomn, towels were not there, then we went to 2nd room, same things, no towel and no wifi, we t gen checked into 3rd room because mobile network was not working in the ground floor rooms, all in all poor experience

Tv not working for entire 2 days when complaint at the time of check in. Later next day room changed but there also tv not working. No toiletries kit available, tea bags, sugar, milk nothing was made available. Tea offered but it was brought from kitchen to 1st floor room in cups and by the time reached to room got cold. Asked for tea kettle it was not provided. Property was neat and clean but facilities not provided inspite of payment for the facilities based about the property. P

Pathetic room facilities. No hygeine maintained. Food was ok ok. Looked like room closed for ever. Too many lizards

It was a great experience nice hotel with amazing experience. Staff were very well maintained and good behaviour got good discount from make my trip will love to book again

The property is good, rooms are spacious, staff is courteous and always are willing to help. No one picks up the phone at reception, and for room service you have to visit the reception and order. At least electric cattle should be provided in the room as the tariff is is not less. When the property is good, rooms are spacious, and first floor rooms are much better as they open on the open field. Overall it’s a good and comfortable stay.

The property is beautiful but maintenance is poor, phones are not working, some of the room lights not working, but the staff is friendly

Food was ok ok, not that much good, but hotel staff and thier service was excellent

Rooms and washroom was full of smell which can't be beared. No telephone in room, no mini fridge, no proper door locks, no good food

Big beautiful rooms with dampness, missing essential supplies viz bath soap, hot water, clean linen n towels.

Food cook is not aware about cooking of food, should be professional, swimming pool. Condition should be improved as per standards, bathrooms hygiene is very concern, mosquitoes are major concern of property.

Very bad food. Washrooms were dirty with no ready supply of hot water
No hot water in shower. Really expensive breakfast and basic water bottle. None of the phones were working. Very bad experience.

Short travel for meeting. The hotel environment was very good

Positives 3-4 km from National Park. Room is good Negatives. No hot water in washrooms, if you ask, a boy comes running with hot water, this is running hot water for them. Poor breakfast options, hardly 4 or 5 items, nothing for jain people. Working info given by hotel staff at bird sanctuary, they dont even know opening time. Service for any ask is very slow, you will have to go to reception for everything. No additional services, even though hotel looked empty, did not want to extend check out time by just an hour. Overall will not recommend to anyone.

Poorly maintained, run down property. Was here 5-6 years back and liked it then, but the standards have fallen drastically. Broken bathtub, no regular hot water, very pedestal service staff, food was alright but the overall feel was extremely disappointing.

Food was good, rooms are clean, comfortable stay, cooperative staff.

It was my son's birthday staff was way to helping and co-operating.
