Review Of Surya Palace City Center

I had a wonderful stay at Surya Palace. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. Check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Located in the heart of City Center Noida with Metro in close proximity. I highly recommend this hotel !

The stay was good. Hotel is nearby road so it's easily accessible. staff behaviour was very good they are very helpful.

Switches all falling out, no proper lighting, bathroom very dirty, shower not working, no water in toilet flush during night

Worst hotel in the world. I never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Disgusting and very bad behaviour by staff and a old man who is fighting with me for why we wait in hotel lobby fo so much time after check out. Very bad food. Bad smelly rooms and bathroom. Watertap not functioning properly no arrangement for air conditioning of rooms in winter. They overcharged for everything. Staff behaviour are very rude. Even i tell him that i will complain to make my trip they told do whatever u want. And old-man says that ki dharmshala bana liye ho. Sadak pe le jao apana saaman. I booked this hotel for group stay of 7 rooms from my id and 2 rooms from other id for 2 night. I paid total about 45k to 50k and do this type of behaviour to me. I m a regular user of makemy trip since last 8 to 10 yrs but this type of behaviour never happens to me. If make my trip will not take any action against him i will unsubscribed mm t and delete this app and use other app. I am very much mentally hurt.

Poor issue resolution, after multiple complaints no proper sanitization or room servicing. In standard room there was no tv or wifi included

Location is on main road but with ola its easily reachable. Food within hotel is good. Market is within 1 km for food.

Location was good, staff and there services were enough. But amenities like unfunctional condition of tv, weak signal of wi fi and road side parking under the over head bridg were weaknesses.

Location is good and rooms are spacious. It is a old property and hence the taps are rusted and curtains torn. Food is ok but costly for a stay there.
