Surya beach resort under renovation.

The hotel originally booked was replaced upon reaching, claiming that it was under construction. Room service is worst. No staff available in reception at anytime. Even there was no supply of pure drinking water.

Worst experience i ever had from tourism place. I booked hotel to stay with my family. I reached hotel at 11. 55pm, hotel was in fully darkness, house without electricity or proper lighting, parked the car outside the hotel, tried to knock on the door and tried to contact the mobile numbers provided, nobody was available to answer or open the door. Even the reception was empty without any lights or any human, left the hotel as i was in the middle of the road blank and no place to stay, informed the make my trip regarding the incident and asked for the refund. The hotel people initially lied saying i stayed at the property and took break fast also, i asked them to provide my id card copy if they are sure that i stayed at the property, since they couldn’t hold that lie for a long time they simply denied my refund request saying it was refundable booking, it seems like now a days simply people can take your money by uploading some property photos and keeping a name and nobody bothers to know whether u were able to stay at that property or u received proper service

The view from my room is very nice direct to beach the owner is very nice and helpful l

Needs to done some maintenance and ac is not working properly. Tv channels not working properly

Its a very good experience. Room views are very nice and the children and adults can also enjoy

Location is good and have space for car parking

Hygiene is very very poor.The door don’t even have a good lock. Bad smell. Overall the room is not at all worth for the amount paid

Best place to visit in trivandrum, the service was very nice, very polite and gentle staffs, very safe and secure place.

Highly unprofessional people. Very old property without property. Sea view is in 3rd floor only there is one more property between this property and the sea and the worst part is that they don't have lift. There is no wifi, no intercom, no room service, no tv, the rooms smells because of sea-page and mm t charges around rs.without any just reason. Photos are being attached for your kind perusal.

No TV in room, bathroom was not good. Window curtains has transparent view outside. Bad smell in room. Only provided one towel. Overall just a ordinary room to survive one night.

It was expensive and no good rooms

This is a worst Property. We stayed 1 night. The below are the feedbacks 1) Bad Linen 2) No cleanliness 3) Dirty bathroom 3) No restaurant 4) No service at all. 4) Don’t stay here, it is a worst property

Sea side view and light house beach and hawa beach is very near, staff is very helpful and we'll behaved

Room location is good. Staff are very polite. Room clean not good. Tv is not available. Door screen not wash. Not maintenance hotel. Incase if maintain the hotel means. Super hotel.

Not clean, unhygienic rooms, rooms are bad as well as bathrooms.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful. And we could cook for ourselves to. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it's in the perfect spot. It's a wonderful getaway place.

Don't have even a waste basket. The room boy always irritating. Called in early morning for simple matters. Please don't choose this hotel. Don't stay there with family or girls.
