I reached at 1:20 am in the night entry door of hotel was closed and no was opening it. Room had insects and bedding was dirty. I ordered for tea and it reached to me in one hour. They didn’t had towel and said it has not come from laundry. Pathetic service and you should close the hotel on the platform of MMT. They didn’t even provided breakfast

It was a very bad experience in this hotel with no fan and no food. No water bottle and no room service.

This is the worst hotel i have ever visited, the staff's behaviour is very rude during the check in process. These guys are even charging for the availability of drinking water in the room. Rooms are smelly, bathrooms are dirty and even no service is available in the room

Terrible stay they took 1 hour to gave me check-in i reached to the property at 12:10pm and they provided me checkin at 1pm, no towels available at the room & room was ok ok not value for money. I called them 10 times for order a food to myself but it was seems like they are not interested to serve.

Even the basic amenities were not provided like bath towel etc. The room had no kettle to boil water, no jug and no glasses. Had to wait till very late to get the complementary breakfast. Cleaning was not done regularly. Overall, terrible experience.
