This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are tiny, suffocating, and cannot even accommodate two people properly. The fan and AC barely work and make terrible noise, and the staff are shockingly rude, arrogant, and unprofessional — they don’t respond properly, give excuses for everything, and make you remind them twice for even the simplest requests. The place is filthy: rooms are not cleaned, bedsheets are dirty, towels are not provided, and restrooms are left unclean even if you ask. At night people smoke inside the facility, make loud noises, and disturb sleep even past 11 or 12. There is no proper food service — they just bring roadside food — and if you ask for tea or coffee, it comes in plastic covers with the excuse that “the flask is broken.” The hotel is far from the metro, extremely congested, and the so-called 4.

The bed is very very small for 2 people. Hotel provided only 1 towel and we had to ask twice to get the second towel. The main drawback is the food. Breakfast is not cooked there but purchased from a nearby hotel called Udupi Grand. They only give a standard dosa, Idly, Pongal. Even Vada is not given. There is no space to sit and eat in the hotel. You have to eat in your room only and with a disposable plastic plate and spoon. No coffee tea arrangements. It is not at all recommended for families. Stay there only if you are single and book room without Breakfast. You can go out and eat at your own leisure and what you want. Bathrooms are neat and have enough space.

Good stay for solo travel and for a night cap. Cordial and supportive staff, ready to help out. Left an item back at the hotel, they kept it aside for me to collect later.

Very average hotel, it's ok to stay for 2 days max. They don't provide anything at all. no toiletries, kitchenette or breakfast. 2 stars from me

The room is Not Good not bad, just average. Location: 1km from Ameerpet metro station. No kitchen available we have to order from outside.

Good stay, Recommend for people who have short stay. Was here for a day and my experience was very good. I would recommend any bachelor or family who would visit Hyderabad. Best part is it’s near to Ameerpet Metro.

Small room and staff are excellent but problem is as my company book hotel including breakfast this hotel won't have restaurant they said only one item for breakfast either idle are poori but they charged high amount i request don't book including breakfast for this hotel and no near by restaurants for food very difficult u need to book zomato for dinner

Over all the stay was very good and the staff was very good we did not get single trouble and I was good and comfortable

service is good. staff is very responsive and polite you only need to tell the taxi or auto driver the exact name and location of the hotel . its near to Ameerpet / punjagutta metro station and inner side of Yella Reddi Guda Rooms are but small but clean . Hot water is available.

Clean and comfortable rooms, good food, efficient check-in/check-out process. Their customer service is also commendable.
