Review Of Super Hotel O NR Inn

Was supposed to get the breakfast included as per MakeMyTrip's plan but the manager denied to serve breakfast, secondly even when the first room we were being presented was cleaned, it had a serious pungent odour of smoke or weed, waited for around an hour before getting a good room. 2 star for food taste , and good staff behaviour (except manager).

This hotel is very bad, it is not for families,the service of such hotels is very bad . The room is very bad, never go to such a hotel

I couldn't get the room , they said there is no such booking I had paid and last I took another room for me and the refund till didn't get

very filthy rooms,I had booked all three meals prior they denied lunch and dinner and gave filthy breakfast,Lodged complaint to MMT they didn't help either.

Great Pocket friendly stay ... Althouse not as neat & tidy but great great stay ... front desk gave Me early check in ... helped me with tour of Taj ... plus they let me leave my laguge in waiting area plus offered me Tea out of courtesy ... they just need to keep this place clean & this place will fly ...

Nice stay and hotel staff was very good behavior.

Location is good. 2 km from Taj Mahal. Lot of noise coming from adjacent room. Room and washroom was of very bad smell. Washroom exhaust fan was not working.

Living area was nice but floor was moisture. Fresh room was very dirty. Renovation still in process so lots of dust was there in the room.

Hotel manager and staff was very good behavior. And very cooperative nature.

To visit Taj mahal and fort fateh pur sikri.

Plz don't book this Hotel as behavior and services were worst ever. Room was very dirty. Bathroom was wet seems they provided used room. Towel were not available and while asking they informed towels are in laundry and will come by night. No response from reception and waiter. They were behaving like we are using Hotel free.

Nice room but bathroom shower was not properly functioning. Far but affordable location from Taj Mahal. Nearby road is not safe for the tourist at evening to night. Behavior of the hotel stuff was really appreciable.

Pleasant stay. I had booked this for my parents. And they loved their experience. The Taj Mahal is just 1 km from the hotel. Rooms were clean. Thank you MMT.
