My recent stay at the OYO property near the railway station was a textbook example of a purely functional, no-frills accommodation. Its singular, undeniable advantage is its location. Being barely a 100-meter walk from the station was a massive relief, especially after a late-night arrival, making it incredibly convenient for a transit halt.
Beyond this, the stay was decidedly average and forgettable. The room was a standard box with the basic essentials: a bed, a functional air conditioner, and a television. While it was acceptably clean at first glance, a closer look revealed a slight layer of dust on surfaces and the towels had a distinct, well-used feel. The attached bathroom was compact and did the job, though the plumbing made its presence known with an occasional groan.
