The hotel staff used to clean the rooms daily the washroom, pillows, matrix, blankets were changed daily and clean. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We never faced any problem during our stay and didn't even needed to tell for the service because the service was very excellent.

The hotel is just 2 floors in the building. There is a tile/sanitary shop under construction on the groud floor. Nobody heard about Super collection O BN Reddy . The hotel is under another name. You have to go through the underground parking , take the lift and go to second floor for getting your room. Coming to the room, PROs: Brand new. I must be among the first few to occupy the place The bathroom and fitment is good with everything very clean and functional. CONs: The tv was already broken despite being so new The fixtures like wall racks were NOT screwed in properly. Keeping my phone and one more small item and the rack slid and fell down , thankfully not on my foot. Cigarette smell coming from nearby rooms. There is noone specifically for reception. One of the housekeeping staff helped get the room keys. Overall , if you're coming for a bare bones stay , the place is good thanks to its new make.

Stayed for two nights and had zero issues. Room was cleaned daily, bathroom was fresh, and everything worked properly.

Nice and pleasent stay, only problem is with check out time, check in happened at 4 in the evening but they asked me to check out exactly by 11 noon next day. Except that room was very good and good AC and good bathroom facility
