Extremely Disappointing Stay I had a very bad experience during my stay at this hotel. Here are the issues I encountered: No Fan: The room was unbearably hot, and there was no fan provided to cool down. No TV: The absence of a TV made the stay even more uncomfortable and boring. Low-Quality Bedding: The bedsheet provided was of the cheapest quality, and it wasn't clean. Poor Linen Quality: The linen was subpar and felt like third-class quality. No Water Bottles: There was no complimentary water bottle in the room, which is a basic expectation. No Parking: There was no parking available for my car, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Worst Washroom: The washroom was in terrible condition, far below any standard I’d expect from a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was an extremely disappointing experience.

The manager at the hotel denied booking at 5am in the morning ke kept us standing waiting for 50mins while we struggled to connect with the registered number. At the end we agreed to pay extra for the night atleast and begged him to check once for our booking. And there it was our booking. He did not even apologise The rooms were bad. Not clean, sheets were dirty, floor was bad sticky as though never swept and no water.

We were not given the room, since the hotel was already booked full. Do not book this hotel ever, they does not seems to have serve attitude.

Water was not there in the bathroom until 6 am in the morning. Birds coming in the bathroom through broken window. Bedsheets were not at all clean. Ceiling wall putti falling continuously in bathroom. Unkept and unhygienic room. Tv not working. Staff was not good. Hopeless experience.

Poor cleanliness at room and bathroom, electric cattle and tv (no channels)is not working properly and toiletry is provided when ask. Staff is helpful
