Rooms were clean, near to Hitech City. Staff were supportive. Had a good stay, food options nearby available.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. They charged extra money just for checking in 3 hours early, which felt unreasonable. The staff showed no good attitude or warm welcome towards customers, making the stay unpleasant from the beginning. On top of that, they did not provide mineral water, only Aqua Guard water, which is not what you expect when paying for a hotel. Housekeeping was also poor — they didn’t even ask about cleaning the room on a daily basis. Overall, the service and facilities were far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

The rooms shown in pictures are big but the hotel staff offered a small size rooms. Room are smells bad. Room, bed and washroom are clean expect for smell

Location is good if you are planning to stay in gachibowli area. But the problem is its right on the road and you may have concern with noise if the room is facing it. Food - nothing in immediate vicinity. You can walk 10-15 mins and then you will get all sort of options. Else you can opt for delivery. Amenities - hot water available. Ac in working condition. The only concern is they don't have option of single beds at all, which could be challenging if you are traveling with colleague and not comfortable sharing bed. Staff - is well behaved and cooperative. We asked for change of room due to door problem and they ensured it by next day. But they expect you to provide feedback right during checkout which isn't the way to conduct. Overall an average stay. Nothing much fancy or concerning.
