Not proper service very old bed sheets room also not clean kitchen sound coming countinuesoly . Not satisfied

Booked deluxe AC room. Room was neat and clean and service was excellent. Room size was small, pretty congested, no electric kettle and no hot water provision in bathroom. They provided a coil type heater to immerse in bucket..Breakfast was basic also slightly delayed ,

1. While checking in, first question form Mr.Vipin, receptionist was how much paid for this? I replied Then he said maximum will be only if you book directly from us. Why you did this? (Also while booking I have selected 4pm to 6pm time slot. It was not seen in the vouchers. He said MakeMyTrip cannot do like that ) 2. After checking in No TV setup box in the room, requested and then bring. 3. No bucket in the bathroom after requesting, they bought a broken and ugly one. 4. Asked for kettle, they bought one, there was a small cockroach running around the kettle. 5. Some kind of dirt/dust falling from wall to soup stand. 6. Towel stand hit on my head, it was fixed at wrong place near shower. I have photographs for proving this. The brand value of MakeMyTrip become Zero.

Not provided dental kit, No hot water in bathroom, Airconditioner working properly. In this type room the three items mandatory. Toilet and room are neet and clean.

Property location was good. But rooms are too small. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good.

staff behaviour is bad , not much good for family and friends, but almost okay for individual travelers , staff behaviour is very bad

The food and behaviour of staff was fantastic. The room however that i got was a corner room with no ventilation so it was a bit awkward. Rest all was ok.

The rent per night is rs. 2500- after discount. Hot water is not avaialbe in the room, supplied on request. Ironing machine not available in room. Room is too small for the above rent. Other facilities are also poor.

Room is not worth No tooth brush, no tooth paste, no hot water in bathroom, no kettle and no tea bags for making tea/coffee, no chair in the room as there is no space to put a chain and the bed occupies the entire room. Food is good but behaviour of the suppliers are very poor as there is lack of respect towards customers. Complementary breakfast is ok.

Location is ok but the facility is not worth 3500 rs per night. They don't have hot water nor do they have sanitary items. The staff have attitude issues and are very rude. The food is not good and for breakfast they had very less options. Not worth the money.

Front office staff behaved impolitely as if they were doing a favour. I checked in to a suite room on 11th may and checked out the next day morning. It wasn’t a great experience because of the unprofessional and hostile attitude of the front desk staff.

I found through makemytrip and hospitality is good and even food i ordered is great and friendly staffs

Horrible stay booked Com for 3 people and given a room where only 2 people can stay. They refused to take responsibility to accommodate and we had no choice except upgradation and amt was huge. On humanity basis no help was offerd except paying double the amt for same room. We were helpless and adjusted in the same room where no TV ,Ac, no hot water.

Our room was very neat and the bed linen was quite clean. The bathroom also very neat. Good staff and service. We had a quality time.

Bathroom door was a bit hard to open. Staff and hygiene are super good. And also safe. Break fast should be hot. But i got it cold, but it was tasty. Overall 4/5 rating

Location as expected. Close to the area that i needed. The so called free breakfast was deplorable. Sourced from outside with reluctance. Apparently the kitchen services start only at 11 am. Hygiene- deplorable would be an understatement. Bath towels not replaced in these five days of stay. Room not cleaned either. Safety standards ok
