I had booked the property for my mom and her friends. They were all women. There was no locking system for the main door. So it was a safety issue for them. The bed sheets were not changed and the room was not clean. No drinking water was available. The caretaker only comes in the morning for 30 mins and stays somewhere far so if any support was required he was not present. Otherwise the locality is nice, but the bungalow needs to be serviced and cleant property before handing over to the customer.

care taker is very arrogant. first of all property location is not finding easily. care taker wrongly communicated.

We had a Great stay, surrounded by picturesque landscape, the Villa is very well maintained, right from the furniture to the pool everything is spot on. The place is easily accessible and the host is super responsive and helpful. Convenience of the guest is the topmost concern. 5 stars in all the parameters.

amazing stay at sunset palazzo – highly recommended! we recently stayed at sunset palazzo in karjat for a day, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. we were two couples with one baby each, and the property was perfect for a relaxing getaway. from the start, our host jackie was exceptional! even though he was in hong kong, he ensured that everything was well-organized and that we had a seamless stay. he was in regular touch, making sure we didn't face any issues. caretaker sachin was also fantastic—very helpful and attentive to all our needs. the location was great, and we especially enjoyed the private pool, which was well-maintained and sparkling clean. the rooms were neat and comfortable, and the terrace was a perfect spot to unwind, with a lovely seating area and a cute swing. the property had a well-equipped kitchen with all essentials, including a refrigerator, microwave, and ro water filter, making it feel just like home. there was also a restaurant nearby that even provided us with free home delivery, which was a pleasant surprise! overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable trip, and we highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay. jackie also mentioned that he has similar luxury properties in igatpuri and lonavala, and we were so impressed that we have already booked his lonavala property for this valentine’s weekend! looking forward to another fantastic experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Had a great stay, nice and clean rooms, cozy pool and very polite staff. Mange-sh our caretaker was a really sweet guy.
