Good Stay
Property and stay was good. It could be better maintained but the amenities, the staff are very good. Had an amazing stay with a group of friends. Only disappointing experience was during our stay the wifi was not working. But other than that, it was good.

Good Stay
groupThe property is good. Had a gala time with friends. Food was super tasty and extra care was taken in preparing it. The care takers were extremely sweet and fulfilled all sort of requirements. The ambience if the place could have been much better. Overall a joyful experience

Poor Stay
No tv recharge in the room for kids, no cleaning for day. No soap in the washroom, no clean bed, insects in premises are to much, you will see frog in your washroom.

Dear valued guest, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for not meeting your expectations. Investigation Details: - One TV was unrecharged, but cable TV was available in the living area and more 3 TV. We would have recharged it promptly if informed. - Housekeeping services were offered at 1 pm and 6 pm but declined by your group, as you were enjoying the pool. - Essential toiletries (2 soaps, shampoo, dental kit) were provided in each bathroom. - A small frog was found in one bathroom due to the villa's biological location, but removed immediately upon notification.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are not maintained. It lacks cleanliness as well. For the price that they are charging it is absolutely not worth it. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Hidden gem
I want to write this review as this hidden gems I want everyone to enjoy who is visiting pawna Lake near Lonavala. This is truly amazing place and I will return again for sure. I can recommend this Villa for large groups or friends and family. We rent the whole Villa with 4 family which has 4 huge rooms. We loved the outdoor swimming pool and lawn on the ground floor. The pool and lovely surroundings are beautifully maintained. But to be honest anyone can but beautiful Villa, what it makes unique is always the staff and service. Ganesh the manager and his staff Ramesh, Ratan, Pream are always quick and humble. Priyanka the host is genuine and always available on the phone to make us our stay comfortable love the passion they has for this Villa. You can also See how the owner put their spacial touch on exterior and plantation. Garden has lot of different flowers which are unique and well maintain. Food was delicious and hygienic. What I will highly recommend is to wake up early morning By 6am and observe the sound of peacock and different birds. Always recommended and value for money. Thank you all for making our stay memorable.
