They are not responsive. For sake of money they are opting unfair trade. I have my mistake book the property and immediately contacted the property for cancelation but failed to reach them. I also contact to makemytrip for cancelation but they did not help me. Very nonresponssive service

Everything was ok in fact hospitality was excellent, hygienic also. Behaviour of stuff was very good but they charged more than your commitment.

The staff was not trained and kept staring. No facility for credit card payment and I had a tough time, finally made a NEFT transfer which their accounts dept. denied receiving till the very last day. Finally had to get my bank to send them the proof of payment. Very stressful. No staff for daily housekeeping on the last day when I refused to stay in the dirty room, they changed my room so I had to move and take out all my stuff from one room to another. No staff so room service was negligible, had to plead and shout if I needed anything. On the last day one of the stewards was drunk and since I had no choice I had to permit him to serve me my dinner. The group apparently in under investigation for fraud by the authorities.
