Review Of Sulcar Holiday home

Sulcar holiday home was a nice & affordable place to stay. Closeness to the Calangute beach and market makes it a very convenient stay. Dhanraj Singh our caretaker was very helpful.

it was the worst stay i ever had, no gobernment supervision in goa i think. some people like sulcar is cheating the govt.

Had a wonderful time at sulcar holiday homes, it's very close to the calangute beach and lots of shops and restaurants closer to the property. The owner deana made sure we were comfortable and was very helpful throughout our stay. The staff dhanraj and jeet were very helpful during our stay. They even allowed early check in for us. Very friendly atmosphere and very friendly people. The rooms were very clean, very spacious. We will definitely come again to stay at sulcar holiday homes and will recommend our friends.

we are a sr. citizen couple and stayed comfortably at suclar for 3 nights.the location is very good. beach is just 500 steps market and restaurants are nearby. the staff jeetu and dhanu are very helpful. the property is clean a little effort can make the washroom more clean and shining. I could not get opportunity to meet the owner mrs Deana to express my thanks. it was a pleasant stay. whenever I would come to goa I would like to stay in suclar.thanks to mmt team also.

The stay was very average. No, toiletries, no dustbin in the room. No room cleaning. Care taker said that you can get RO water from RO given at the reception but in our 4 days stay it was not working all the time, need to buy water from outside. Not recommended atleast for couples.

Good stay,The caretker behaviour was nice and they were helpful and supportive.The spot was centred among all the facilities including hotels,beaches and refreshment areas

Very good, near to beach 3 minuite, manager behavior extremely good, ac big room with dining space, tv hot cold water, free wi fi, every day room service. Good good, excellent

This place is very close to calangute beach just a 100 feet walk. Everythig is nearby lots of restaurants n shopping surrounded best place n budget friendly rather than on beach shack restaurants. Sulcan hotel rooms are bhk flats with fridge kitchen hall n bed room good place to stay rooms are clean n spacious for family. No doubt at this price around 1500rs good budget place. I suggest u can go on with this hotel.

Deana’s flat is very near to calangute beach and even very accessible to all the north goa beaches. Coming to flat, it is awesome and very neat and clean. It is so nice for couple stay, and coming deana, she is very responsive for any help. I love deana’s place. We will happy to stay in your property in my future travel plans. Thank you so much deana.

Very big room, spacious, location good, middle of the market and very near the calangute sea beach. Bike rental shop, groceries shot and restaurants are all nearby

The location is very good, the caretaker is very prompt, it is very budget place at a prime location and the host is very welcoming and warm, have visited before and visited again, looking forward to visiting again.

This is second time staying here. This time with family. Recommend place to stay. 3 ticks - safe, budget friendly and nice hospitality. You get only bike parking, so arrange some nearby pay parking for cars. The owner dean e was very nice and welcoming. The staff were friendly and keep things tidy and clean.

It was good experience on stay the room was neat and clean budget friendly rooms and very close to nearby beaches calngute beach you can visit by walk.

We had a fantastic family holiday. Thanks to sulcar holiday home staff who were helpful. It's very near to calangute beach. Special thanks to jeet for helping us with economic ways to roam around goa.

We have stayed at sulcar holiday home with my family for 3 nights in ac deluxe room (f2. The property is a walkable distance from the calangute beach. It takes only 3 to 4 minutes to reach the beach. The owner madam "deana" always keep in touch with me over telephone. The room is well furnished. The behavior and service of the staffs mainly jeet and dhani are also good. If i have an opportunity to come in goa again i like to stay in this property and also will recommend my friends, relatives and colleagues to stay in this property if they wish to come in goa.

We stayed there from 8th nova to 10th nova 2023(2 days. Switch board was broken in bedroom, there was no mirror inside washroom. Only mirror inside bedroom cabinet, that was far way to reach sufficient light inside it. Overall it was ok.

Nice to visit sulcar holiday home. Location is very near to calangute beach. Owner and caretakers are friendly and so helpful. They should change the pillow cover and bedsheet on daily basis and should clean the toilet lid as it was so dirty.

Overall, i had a great experience with the sulcar homes; staff was incredibly helpful, specially dhani & jeet both are very good boys. I want to meet the owner to tell them thanks but i can't because i want to go early. And the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for the family. Very near to the beach. The only problem is the car parking. Other than overall experience is good.
