The rooms are not maintained well. Lot of mosquitoes and bugs in the room. Couldn't sleep well. Hot water was not available in our room. Then we need to call and wait for the room boy to bring hot water in buckets. The receptionist promised us that he will change us the room. But he didn't. Overall worst experience for this price.

room are not Full clean and bathroom was not washed soaps and towel not given till morning and any how I vaccant my room nearby 10.30 and I gave key there but reception person stop me to go till checking room and 10min I wait there after room checked he allow me to go what type of communication is this very worst and i request you to pls stop issuing tirupati with these type unbelievable person pls don't refer us this type hotel

it is located near the station and temple. i didn't order food from the restaurant as they don't have own restaurant. as we talk about amenities, Tv was not working, intercom phone was dead, wifi were not workable.

Beds, sheets, towels & blankets were very clean; AC and TV were working properly; Great location It's 5 minutes walk from railway station and 15 minutes walk from Tirupati bus station. Staff were very good and cooperative as well.

Room ambience was not that great. They need to provide bare minimum things inside the room like towel, soap etc. Intercom was not working. Hot water was not available for full day.

It was a good property but little cleanliness needed .We found many insects in the bed

booked two room,,,,single room provided, on top 5th floor,,, its Lodge typ not hotel,,,not hot water, no pantry/kitchen, no telephone intercom services proper,,,, there better options is available on this price,,,hindi language issue,,,

The staff was so helpful and gave us an early check-in. Thank you Sujan recidency. The room was so spacious and well maintained too. Aa proper 3 beded room was allotted to us. The wash room was clean with western sitting. Hot water is available till 9Am only. Location wise very close to Tirupati Railway station hardy 5 Mins walk to Property.

I find the stay very neat, clean and well organised. The location is very close to bus stop and railway station.

Location is walkable distance from railway station. Cleanliness 3 out of 5. Toilet seat separated from cammode no stand to keep soap. Lift available. Provided soap not towel availability of hot water on request only even though timings 5. 30 to 7. 30 a. M. Tv connection not working. Linens are not freshly changed. No water bottles and glasses provided only water jug is available. Room boy did not fill up the jug at their own. . Since booked online 24 hours checkout not accepted. However agreed to keep the luggage at our risk. Ok for casual stay.

Decent stay and flexible staff. I checked in late and checked out late depending on my train timings. They had no issues with it.

Blankets and bedsheets are smelling and no proper cleaning. Need to improve on this.
