Perfect for Small groups
we recently visited cassacdes villa by stay vista , the property is good with serene views from the terrace . The caretaker aakash and Pandey ji were always available to cater to our needs....you can take their meal package also but we did swiggy it's easily available...The property has less open area inside which was a little lack , also the steps a little risky for adults and toddlers. The switches are on the floor .Kitchen is well equipped overall it was an amazing stay

Terrible Stay
The AC in the top most room wasn’t working. We highlighted it multiple times to the caretaker, they tried to use the remote and manage whatever they could do, but it still wasn’t functional. Since the room is the highest room it gets very hot which made the room absolutely not usable especially during the night time. We highlighted all of this to the caretaker. We were all forced to sleep in one of the other rooms. We had a pregnant woman with us. Some of us were forced to sleep on the couch in the living room. We paid for 3 bedrooms and could only use 2 bedrooms. The AC not being functional was highlighted to the team and they verified the same while we were at the villa. The most disappointing bit is StayVistas complete lack of apathy in handing this.

Good Stay
The villa was overall good. It was clean and spacious. All amenities were functioning properly. The caretaker was very prompt for servicing all our needs. The few downsides were that the outside table had only 4 chairs, all the bedrooms were on the 1st and 2nd floor and the elevator was not working. The sockets were on the floor for some reason in the top floor room atleast. There were no fans at all in any bedrooms. Due to construction in the next plot there was on off noise which kinda dampened the mood. The positive was the pool and the outside area. Would recommend to young people who can climb stairs easily and when the next door construction is completed in a few weeks or a month.

The villa is worn out and old. It's not a luxury property as it's sold. The price we paid for it is too high for the service it offers. It's a basic place nothing great
