Location was good and very well kept. But in terms of amenities and services, we had an average experience- WiFi was getting disconnected very often, the Jacuzzi was not heated.

Good Stay
The location of the property is fabulous, very nearby to lonavala market and all nice restaurants. In terms of facilities, the property has everything to make your stay comfortable. Food you can order from restaurants online or you can order from the menu they share with you. Overall a great experience during our stay at StayVista at the Grey Medley

Excellent Stay
Villa was absolutely beautiful, neat & clean. 2 things can be looked at - # jacuzzi pool tiles were broken, they need to be repaired. # food was coming from a third party which made the roti/paratha/bhatura all cold and soggy. # basic items like bread, jam etc should be available all the time, keeping in mind kids n elderly

Excellent stay
groupToo good, had a great time. We all enjoyed it. We were 12 people and kids. Kids loved it, weather and hospitality was great.

Poor Stay
had a two day booking check in was at 2 o'clock We did inter at 5 o'clock. Check out was at 11 am from 9 am Empty out, there was pressure. Can't make non-veg. One towel in one room can stay in Fariyaz Hotel for this much money.
