We stayed for 1 day in this property. It is located in a society of similar villas. The location is around 10 mins from the lonavala toll plaza on the old mumbai pune highway. The property has 5 bedrooms with a very small pool on the terrace. All the rooms are well maintained. There's a common clubhouse as well that has a pool, indoor games and outdoor turf. Wifi and internet connectivity is not a problem. Stay-vista arranged for meals where the cook came and prepared lunch, high tea, dinner and breakfast. The lunch preparation was good but the dinner and the breakfast were not up to the mark. There isn't any spectacular view from the property. Given the price point ~40000/day including meal, it's not worth staying here.
