Review Of SS Lumina Villa

The person ( helper) who was in this villa was nice but I had a bad experience with the executive of this villa. Cameras are everywhere except the bedroom. They show the pool in the description but when I got there it was a community pool and it was chargeable Rs 350 per head . The hairdresser was also mentioned but it was not there.

Location was quiete. That's good. Cameras everywhere in the house. Housekeeper enters without telling. Furniture dirty and broken. Dirty towels with yellow spots. Very poor cleaning. Construction works ongoing jn the garden

Great location. The attended sunny shah was very responsive. Slight maintenance issues like broken mangalore tiles in garden sit out area and rat in living room. Geysor hot water not very effective. But overall great experience and will recommend to others

Horrible. Security at the gate didnt not allow us get inside inspite of having gate pass. No power all night and the host was not able to do anything even after complaining. No power to charge phones also. Unable to sleep all night.

We were people of 6, villa was good but there were no amenities in kitchen, we were being charged extra for using gas and packing vehicles and false allegations were put that 2 glasses are missing to charge extra money despite all items were placed and returned as per allocation, security entrance is pathetic, they keep you waiting for long time, if you are planning to book this villa then remember that you will have to pay for parking and use their amenities, lot of electricity issue

The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The caretakers had kept the place spotless and there were clean linens etc. But there were several things missing or not working for a place that is designed to be rented out : 1. There were no drinking glasses available. We had to have them purchased. There were only 3 tea cups available. 2. The internet was not working because the wifi bill hadn't been paid. There is hardly any network in the neighbourhood so this was frustrating. 3. The tv was broken and again the bill hadn't been paid so we couldn't use it. 4. The last straw, was the ro water purifier's bill hadn't been paid so we didn't have any drinking water. Also, this is a gated community and you need approvals and otps to enter with your vehicle. The otp goes to the owner, who lives in a different time zone. We weren't informed about this before we reached and it took us ages of calling multiple people to finally get in. The housekeeping staff was helpful and very professional, but it was clear that recharging basic amenities, or paying bills was a part of their responsibilities. Would not recommend this if you are planning to cook here. You will have to bring all your own utensils and pantry ingredients, and food delivery here can take up to an hour.
