it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast could be more explored, but idli was delicious. Toiletries can be improved. Room freshener should be used.

Room was comfortable and neatly maintained. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Services are prompt.

The stay was good and also the rooms were clean and felt it value for money. I felt only thing was the breakfast could have been a little better in terms of choices

All were good, food quality was awesome and service was also good, i asked them to change my room and they helped me change it.

Clean room. Location is good. However, facilities should be relooked at. Food was very very average. Any request took 10-15 minutes of adherence. Tv was not working.

So, my recent stay at SS LUMINA had its ups and downs, you know? On the bright side, the location was super convenient, and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. And gotta give props to the cleaning crew for keeping the toilet spotless – major bonus points there. But, gotta keep it real, there were some letdowns too. First off, the food was kinda meh. It was edible, but nothing to write home about. And don't even get me started on the maintenance issues. The bathroom was clogged when we got there, which was a major buzzkill. Yeah, they fixed it, but still... And then, to top it off, the TVs weren't working, which 'cause we were looking forward to some chill time. Oh, and here's the kicker – one day we come back to our room and find out it's been cleaned without us giving the green light. Like, what? Privacy much? It was pretty unsettling, especially since we had some valuable stuff in there. Overall, I'd give SS LUMINA a solid 5/10. It had its moments, like the comfy beds and clean toilet, but the maintenance issues and privacy breach definitely brought it down a notch. And don't even get me started on the unauthorized room entry – seriously not cool. Like, we expect some basic privacy, you know? It's kinda scary to think someone could just waltz into our personal space without us knowing. Definitely makes you question the whole security vibe they got going on.

I will make my review simple. The location is perfect. Main road. All shops, mall, temple nearby. Room was neat. Went as a family and no regrets. Food not much choices. But what was kept was really great and fresh indeed. For a common man this is more than enough. Staffs were polite as well.
