Bathroom and bed is not in good condition

Location shared is not correct, we travel-led 10 kms more to reach actual location. Room quality is very poor and bathroom cleanliness is horrible. Request you to delink your association with this hotel. Strongly not recommending this hotel.

This is the very worst experience in my life to stay in hotels and Resorts. I was booked 2 rooms. They allotted 2 rooms Room No 26 and 27. Both rooms are very very worst and dust. Rooms are not cleaned and the bedsheets and towels are provided to us without washing. They are not provide even a water either in Bottle or in Jug. Rest rooms are very very worst and very bad smell. Immediately within 10minutes we vacate the rooms . We are not used the rooms even we are not sitting in the rooms. when we enter to the rooms we saw very worst bedsheets and towels and the floors of the rooms are dust and smoked bits. We , as a family totally upset and return back to our home without attending the function as we planned. The reason is only the rooms . We are not able to book any other rooms at the time, because that day is very important and busy day. We totally paid Rs.2,800- to make my trip just to saw the rooms. I did not get the room which i had been promised. How ever for the emergency i got a room. The mattress and the bed sheet werent that clean though

I never stayed in this type of rooms very worst room and toilet health faucet water is not working and bathroom tape not available no hot water and no tv connection. Make my trip don't encourage this type of hotel so please refund my money.
