Room is ok, but no hot water ,wifi etc drinking water facility should be improved

No response not even given basic respect, also basic needs like soap towel not available. Drinking water not clean. Worst service.

worst customer service.. I didn't stay at the hotel..I tried reaching them to inform but no one picked up the call.. they didn't call us back and we ended up paying the rent for room which we didn't avail

Hotel seems little neet and according to me its ok for the cost of the hotel.

Its not upto the mark they have to improve more no dustbin no soaps etc kindly see the improvements in that hotel

Some belonging to the earlier guest still remain, when i checked in the hotel. No provision for food. My room no. Was 209. So my overall rating is " average. But people-in reception was cooperative. Thank you. I am sorry. I could not take anyimage, and i have alteady checked out

They are cheating us stating that booking have been cancelled. Had terrible time in making them understand. Really bad experience

Hotel is a decent stay for a day. And they are friendly and any issues they are ready to solve it over all experience was good. The hotel is in the prime area / market. Easy accessibility is a add on. Haven’t taken image ! thank you.

Good response from the hotel. Suddenly the hot water is not coming but they brought hot water from 4th floor to 2nd floor by bucket

All the staff members are helpful and amicable. Hygiene and safety standard are also good. Have enjoyed the night there.

AC not working. No water. Car parked in the night we could not take because it's located in the market. Worth for 500Rs/Day.
