It was a very pleasant and good stay in the hotel. Good facility and response just excellent. Recommend others to visit in this hotel.

As the rule says local id and couples are allowed, but the hotel staff denied the local id proof. Room was very conjusted and the towels were not provided

I booked this hotel as it showed flex i check in option. However the hotel authority refused saying there is no such option. Then i showed makemytrip app. With lot of reluctance they accepted. There was no towel in the room. The room has an ac which i never used was leaking a lot of water through out the room. I slipped couple of times and closely escaped dangerous accidents. I had to step out for work and wanted to deposit my room key at reception. I told them i don’t have anything left in room and i would return by late evening. They wanted me to deposit next day’s fee also. Not a single thing mentioned in makemytrip booking app is true with this hotel. I also noticed that it is not couple friendly either. Makemytrip should check before aggregating every hotel

I got used bed sheets. I'm informed reception after they changed.

There were so many cockroaches running around. Support staff were very rude. No communication at all. Very poor service.

Hotel located adjacent to Bus Stand. Hotel rooms are spacious and hot water available 24/7. No in house Restaurant. Ok for one to two days.

Housekeeping was very good, staff was cooperative and location of hotel reached easily.

Made to wait for 3 hours for room. Next day I continued the same room for much cheaper, and checked their terrif card it was cheaper so this is my last day on MMT.

Worst and hopeless service. GST amount has taken 2 times by the receptionist and manager. After asking details he returned money without proper conveyance. He blame online hotel booking services for the same

Very close location to the station and very cordial staff and extremely satisfied .. Right from the time we arrived everything was good and the stay was comfy and the rooms were very clean and well maintained.

Room location is Good. But there is no Good Veg Hotel near the Room. Room is Good. But it's not for Family. Some Guests are Drinking in the outside Room. We came here for the first time. Room facilities are Good. Overall it's Good for Gents only.

Expirience was not good. Rooms and washrooms are not clean. Poor service. They were charging extra tax rates. Our make my trip charge was 3740 but they asked us to pay 5500. They told it was extra tax.

Very bad experience ... They have not provided us the room after taking all the payment, they have asked us to wait for 3 hours .. When I asked about the check in time the reply was very bad .. They have asked to go to police station or ask MAKE MY TRIP for a solution .. Never ever go to this hotel ... Cheaters ...

Room is nice, location is good, facilities are bit old, service is good but they charge extra for every thing ranging from 5 to 50 rupees, internet is good but limited and need to get new voucher every time limit ends. Overall its a good experience.

It's worst experience ever poor service untidy rooms rude front desk over all it was a forgettable experience. I think make my trip should remove it from there list I would not suggest to anybody needs lot of improvement
