Review Of Sri Thirumal homestay

I had a disappointing experience during my one-night stay at sri thirumala homestay. The room was not properly cleaned, and the facilities were in poor condition. The staff was unhelpful, and there was no support when issues arose. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable, and i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay. I expected much better service and quality for the price paid.

This is not a homestay as the name says, but a lodge. We booked for 2 ac rooms but we got non ac ones. The rooms were not clean. Wash basins had stains. Hot water is not available in the bathroom. There is a geyser at a common place, shared with 5 rooms. You have compete with people to get your turn for hot water. Blankets were not provided. We had to ask for it and we got dirty ones, so didn't risk to ask for towels. There is no lift. It might be difficult for people who can't climb stairs. Private parking is not available and the location is quite a busy one. You would be lucky to get good place to park. The person at the reception doesn't understand any other language apart from tamil.
