Review Of Sri Sri Sri Hotel

Room service was nice, but Room quality was worst, i booked deluxe room in that room Tv was not working then i ask him they changed to executive room this is not fear. Then i ask it they telling me this is deluxe room, how i know the room previously iam staying in this room so i know this room executive.

Had a Wonderful Stay. Supportive and Courteous Staff. Great Value for Money. The Rooms are Clean and Neat.

Untrained staff , damped room, house keeping staff poor maintainance of rooms , toilets .Communication barrier as staff not fluent in Hindi and English.

Hotel room is fine but food was horrible and worst

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room was very small, smelly, and felt extremely claustrophobic. There were clear signs of water seepage on the walls, adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, there was a locked door in the room, which raised serious privacy concerns and made my stay uneasy. The toilet was unhygienic and poorly maintained, further detracting from the overall experience. Another major issue was the inconsistent treatment from the management. When booking online, their attitude seemed indifferent, and they provided subpar rooms. However, if you book directly by calling them, they appear to offer better accommodations. This disparity in treatment is quite unfair and reflects poorly on the hotel's management. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in both maintenance and customer service. I have posted my review already

Service can be better and staff not organised. Check-in took a lot of time without relevant answer been provided. Even though our booking was prepaid and breakfast included, hotel staff mentioned that breakfast isn’t provided and took time to confirm the same upon showing receipt. All in all the service of hotel isn’t that great for price being charged.

The hotel is located at good location. Cleanliness was good. Good food at the bell pepper restaurant.

It’s a good hotel to stay. Plus point is its location which is close to the main road, ample parking space.

The person in the reception don’t know how to process the room allotment if it is through make my trip, we had to wait almost 40-45 minutes. Executive room was ok, but standard room don’t worth 4500 rupees. Morning breakfast, the person who was serving used same spoon for dosa and eggs, strict vegetarians will not even think of having dosa at the same place. Good thing, i forgot my clothes in the room they called and gave them back.

I had great time in sri sri sri, location is good as it’s near by bus stop and on main road. Room service is very good, room is clean and comfortable.

In bathroom no napkins and tissue papers, serving try is very dirty, towels are too rough for skin

Cordial, need to speak a bit in hindi so it's easy. Food is decent, not much of variety. No jain food available

Excellent experience. But this hotel authorities has done wrong billing. That is issued one duplicate key but charged two duplicate key charges. Pl return rs 300. It was excellent experience and neatly maintained. Promptly responded by housekeeping and room service. Food is also good.

Initially i have booked suite room, however at the time of check-in they have allocated me a standard room saying they have allocated it to some other ppl

Staff behaviour was very bad, they ask money for every-time they serve in room, staff was too worst they won't come for every single request we need to give them reminder calls. Breakfast time they said 8am but never starts at this time, when ask in the reception they says today only it was delayed due to shortage of staff. Worst hotel, grand gayatri is good in all aspects of customer service.

Very happy stay before sri sri sri i have stayed so many 3 and 5 start hotels and so many times i’m not satisfied with stay or food or staff receiving or reception response but in sri sri sri it was a fabulous experience staying is very good and breakfast was delicious and room service was very very fast and staff behaving like u r a great gust u feel definitely better in stay with sri sri sri
