Behaviour of staff is very bed and rough, even we were 3 member with paid breakfast during booking, provided fixed item of breakfast of one person, saying that one room limited food. Room walls are leakage with smell, tap are not working properly horrible experience even booked executive room.

Room was clean. Staff servicing was slow, had to call multiple times to get things done. Felt like over priced. Food and hygiene was really bad. Thank god we didn't order food. The staff just left open all the dishes to flies and other pollutants. The dishes were just beside stairs and all the dust from shoes and stairs would fall on the dishes.
