My experience was terrible a/c not working the staffs are not friendly no lift for 4th floor and many more

Hi sir, We are sorry for the inconvenience sir. As far as we checked, there was no issue with the AC in the room you have checked-in. There might be a power cut issue. Yes we don't have a lift, but steps are small to each floor. You could have reached management f you have had any issues & we would have given a refund. We will make sure that all the things you mentioned will be addressed. Thank you.
