Room was terrible. Bedsheet & pillows cover has marks on them, not looking good ac was not working even in 18 temperature. Tv was not working in room, when asked simply saying not working, we can't do anything. Even water was not provided in rooms.

soloThe worst hotel i had ever seen. Its like a lodge. No one will come to clean the rooms and no one will come for room service. We have to call to there mobile to get room service. In other hotels we will have intercom to call reception. Tv is not working, i called service person he just said that due to signal issue its not coming and what should i do.

Nice service. But, neatness should be improved. Car parking is not sufficient, it should be increased. Inside door locks are not proper, those are also to be maintained properly. In the bathroom, taps should be maintained well.
