The rooms are good but the foul smell comes out..no proper ventilation and fans ,lights ..The bathroom pipe is leakage. Hot water is not available for 24 hrs ..it's time is 5am to 8am..it's tough for customers who came from long journeys to relax

Affordable stay but bed and bed sheet was getting smell lot other than was perfect to stay in hotel.

Cleanliness is good. Location is better place from temple. Owner is very good and staff also. Only they are providing tiffin services not Lunch and dinner.

Over all good and was maintained near and clean also they were supportive to all the needs. Easy to access.

Rooms are clean but so hot no air is passing in the rooms, so many insects coming in the rooms, otherwise clean washroom near to murudeshwar temple

Maintenance and cleaning not good.

Less lighting in the room, no ac option available in the room, bad smell from bathroom and coming to bedroom also. And the very serious thing was have seen insect silverfish and other small cockroaches inside room. It was danger and we have visited with a small kid. Very bad experience with more expensive i have spent for this very cheap dirty room

Not worth the money i paid, worst accommodation with insects, mosquitoes, dirty walls 1. Had to follow up for ac remote 2. Had to follow up for tv remote refund back at least half the amount i paid

We came here for murdesawr temple, the stay was absolutely neat clean , temple is 7-8 minutes walking distance from hotel, hotel is having pure drinking water facility, rooms were spacious big , and cleanliness on the top, coming to hotel manager, mangers are very good, cooperative, felt like I am at my relatives home 🏠 very nice restaurants are available near by walking distance of all cuisines,, it's good for family , couples, friends Note: As I am posting the pics just before we are about to leave this property, it might be little messy Cons: Wifi is not available at this property

Very near to Murudeshwar temple n beach... Walkable distance... Nice place... So many hotels also available in the same road easily accessible from main road... Auto is also available n city service bus frequently available from kumta <>honnavar <>murudeshwar <>bhatkal... Nice good staff.. Hot water facility only available in morning.. Good cleanly maintained room s .... Do visit

Hot water is only available for 1 hour in the early morning that's bad for visitors coming from long distance

Location - Very much near to Kudle Beach, with in 10 steps we can approve beach and finding the cottage is very much difficult and could be approach Bike or car. we need to walk atleast 3 min to reach cottages from parking. Stay : Budget friendly stay, very much sufficient for staying one night. preffer to book AC room if your going before October.

No tv, no proper hot water, blankets not washed, water leaked if you come stay one day it is good
