plz don't book this hotel this is a lodge .they are fooling people with pictures they don't even give water .this a pakka lodge with smell and poor service

if you ask for an invoice with seal and signature for reimbursement hotel owner and reception will not support, behavior like uneducated reason for not giving seal and signature is they have not given till date so they are not giving invoice. During our stay on 02.10.2025 with my family, we found the rooms to be unclean and far below expectations. When I requested an invoice with a seal and signature for reimbursement through the hotel owner and reception staff were uncooperative. Their response was dismissive and unprofessional, they have never issued such invoices and therefore would not provide one. Based on this experience, I do not recommend choosing this hotel—it is not worth the price

The room was in bad condition. Foul smell of the fungus was felt and poorly lit. The bed sheets and blankets were felt wet or moist with stains here and their. Entire property was giving a feeling of poorly maintained government hospital.

Approach require improvement, should provide water dispenser, break fast was aaverage, reqiure own running resturent

They not provide hot water they not respond properly

Horrible and filthy place. Stinking and full of mosquitos. Blood stain on the walls too. All images posted by the property are edited to fool the potential customers

Pathetic Condition of property. Damp walls, Cockroaches here & there.. Broken AC, Non-working TV, Musty smell in room

Rooms are average and bathroom is not clean and might be difficult for some family stay.

Hotel not clean, toilet door locking arrangement not available, toilet very dirty and very dangerous smale in toilet, staff bevhaivour, also my booking room not given me 15-20 minutes. My suggestion don't book this hotel

The rooms were not clean, There was smoke smell in the lobby, the toilets had insects. No toiletries no drinking water provided. The linens were not good. Replacement linens were also not available the staff also was helpless

Very very worst maintenance. It is not worth for the paid money. Very worst bathroom not working electrical items

Pathetic. The bed was broken. Washroom was dirty. Towels were smelling. No blanket provided. Due to non availability of hotel in that area they had charged us 5k plus where as the value of room is not even 500- make my trip should monitor such category of hotels and make sure the customers are not cheated this way

Both the numbers of rivers valley pharmasday were switching off and the hotel is not available at the location you provided that day and night i was very upset and even though i stayed in the lodge opposite the stand, all my money should be refunded to me.

Room is not clean, muslim neighbourhood area, if u r planning for murudeswar trip, lot of hotels available near the temple and lot on highway

One of the worst hotel i ever saw. No good bed bedsheets pillow bath room. No ventilation for non ac room, it's a kind of over over paid jail. Even staffs are like aliens and they don't react or respond to our needs. I was so afraid i should fall sick during my 1 night stay. No hot water for morning bath. charged rs for this room which is not worth for 500 rs.

Room full of dirt and stains. In morning we found our room locked from outside. To our surprise none of the hotel staff were aware of this and later found that many rooms were locked like this.

Complete waste of money, rooms are very poorly maintained and they stink, there was no hot water. They are charging money like a star hotel but it's a second grade hotel
