Revathi the receptionist was very good in customer service and helping out. Kind-hearted to give 2.5 hrs extra to stay in room without extra charge as our Bus was late as informed to us by the coordinator. She should get a raise or bonus for her positive attitude, well spoken and managing work.

The room is in good condition but the quality of the water used is not good. The Lord Shiva Mhatobar Temple is one kilometer away from this place. There is no tea, coffee or breakfast facility here,You have to eat outside.

Staffs are not co operative. No food and coffee delivered. No room service. Power cut problem for maximum 2 hours at day and night. No cleaning maintenance. No transport facilities available. Hotel atmosphere is very bad and un hygeine

room is ok but there is issue with ac .in amenities there is ac room control.we asked them they demand 500 rs for ac active per night from 6.30pm to morning 8.30am. they refused demand for 500rs .. reception spoken rudely... plz don't book

The room is not what i have expected. No minimum basic amenities in the hotel. Don't have any self or at-least table to keep the luggage, we have to keep the luggage on the floor. Hot water is not available all the day. The room is not worthy for the amount what i have paid. I felt it was charged 2 to 3 times higher for the amenities which are available. I don't find anything good to comment.
