I had booked and paid for a double-bed room. when I arrived, I was informed by the receptionist that only single-bed rooms were available. When I told her that is not what I paid for, she blankly told me what I wanted was not available. I was then led to a dirty, unkempt room where even the closet hadn't been cleaned. Worst customer service, pathetic behaviour of the receptionist. PLEASE DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT A COMFORTABLE STAY🙏 I h

Please don't book rooms here. our booking was confirmed but when we visited the hotel, the receptionist did not open the gate, he asked me to cancel the booking and told me the room was unavailable. We did not expect this type of harsh behaviour. please visitors think before you book this hotel. for us they are not treated well. The worst hotel and staff.

booked ac room. but they given non ac room. later changed the room to ac, but they not given ac remote. totally wasted my money. and also too many mosquitoes in the room.

Too many mosquitoes in the room. Also they have given some other room key and later changed to the current room key. So the room keys works with other rooms also.. not happy for that...

This is my first time I felt really good Value for money quite good service, Prior check in available.. staff also good.. you can purchase anything you want food delivery allowed totally satisfied ............................... thank you

Room was good but some things can be improved but i'm okay with the stay, even the service is also good.

It was horrible! 1. I asked them to bring a water bottle, and we were already in the middle of our lunch and after 5-10mins they came and said madam you have to pay first, then i paid them 20- and then they bought the bottle after 5mins 2. I had period, and there were few stains on the bed sheet, so being a responsible costomer, i admitted while check out that there are stains, i tried to wash them off but it's not working, i am sorry, they sent a guy to our room to check and then the receptionist said ma'am you need to pay 100 for this, then she spoke to the manager, the manager said 500, i said i am not gonna pay 500 for this 2 inches of stains. Then he said ohky ma'am pay 200. They just wanted money any how.

Room and bedsheet are not clean. Too much congested place. Place is quite good with lots of restaurants in and around.

Stay was good and fine, was located in a city area that's all fine only the cleanliness is missing and no lifts are available need to improve and closing doors at night time are gating up the night life to explore in bangalore.

It's very compact match box sized rooms , and worst behaviour and bad service, not recommendable.

Room is too short as per rent and bed sheet and pillow cover was not hygienic, bathroom was so dirty and shower didn't available.

Located in a nice neighborhood with good connectivity and food choices. Not so good the room service which was practically non existent.

Lift facility is not there. So that’s why not easy for customers to stay in upper floors. So far good

Very worst maintain. 3rd floor no lift. No power back up. Worst housekeeping. Very dirty and tierd towels. The front desk people's are arrogant and money minded. Make. My trips dont recommend like these type of stays. Very bitter experience

Excellent place for a family who wants to stay within the city but, without the sounds and pollution of a city. Room service and cleanliness are 10/10 only drawback here is the no elevator to climb to 2 floor which maybe a minus for elderly. Only draw

Maintenance is good, and all the facilities are okay, but the fan is not working
