Room was ok but there were a lot of cockroaches in the room. AC was not functioning properly. Food was ok but the food person came at 12 am in the night to collect the money for food ordered which was very weird.

Rooms are very good clean and tidy. Specially staff is very polite and helping. Location is in the center of the city.

Room was really good. Staff very polite. Clean toilets and room. But basic requirements in this cold season hot water for bathroom was hardly made available. Inspite of repeated requests they didn't respond. Ac fitted in my room was like a goods train for a long distance travel.

Having situated on the main road, there is nowhere where one can step out of the room and roam around. It is a hotel and not a resort. Although yellapur is a small town, so it justifies such places. I was travel-ling from hubli airport to gokarna but since it is a 3. 5 hour drive by cab, i decided to stay in between to reduce travel time for my family, esp for 2 kids. Good things: they have a bar, courteous staff, economical to afford, food was good (not very good) among the items that we ordered not good things: 1. Nowhere to roam outside hotel 2. Room is big but cramped with furniture and there is no space to walk. They had 2 beds, one almirah and one table & one chair inside. 3. Their beds were not having factory finished. The rim of the bed side was very sharp and exposed in both the beds, mainly in the second bed. As a result, i got a swelling initially on my knee and it swelled disastrously with too much pain, when i was in the room. And thrice at the same place, i got huge cuts like knife-cuts. Terrible! 4. It seemed a small, maybe 1 ton ac, which was on right from the afternoon we reached till next day checkout. Cooling was not enough, although we slept properly during night as temperatures drop in nova there after sunset. 5. The bar has a bad gentry. But it is expensive. Which was strange for me. Generally, bars are expensive when the crowd is good. 6. The table we used to keep our bags. So, we had to ask for another table and one chair. Even with that, only 2 people could sit on chairs, one was standing and one was sitting on bed. And since it was so tightly coupled inside the room, we had to shift this table and one chair outside the room after food was over. This we did at lunch as well as at dinner. 7. Going to washroom means a nightmare. They do not have exhaust fans which will make you sweat within 2 min. 8. Due to lack of space, i wanted to change that. They said they have one big room on 2nd floor, but it was booked. Overall, although i will say it is a family-safe hotel, but family needs to stay inside the room. However, there was a decent traveler group staying there whom i saw checking out next day and it was a good crowd. Some changes need to be done to make the stay good.

Sri ram residency is collocated with a bar and restaurant. It is right on the highway and conveniently located close to many places of tourist interest like sirsi, dandeli, gokarna, karwar, etc. The property is new and pretty well furnished. Food is decent quality and staff is very helpful.

Excellent behave of staff and care of customer is at-most very highly satisfied.

Clean, treatment by staff is good. Being new hotel lot to be learned by the management, but they are cooperative.
