Farmagudi Residency

When we entered the room there were some rat shit all around the bed. So the manager changed the room once that was a lizard when enquired again the manager said it's a hilly area so all the rooms would have a lizard. Not sure how do they manage the rooms. Terrible experience

It was a nice lovely pleasant Stay with family. Location is very good. And staff is very much friendly and helpful

Farmagudi Residency is one of the worst places I’ve stayed in. There is no restaurant or room service, not even morning tea. You have to walk nearly 2 km just to find food. The rooms are filthy, damp, and leaking everywhere. Avoid this place completely.

There is a TV *but* not working. There is no WiFi networks . WiFi only in the reception counter, it's around 50 mts distance from my room.

The room is good. The surrounding area is like a bush jungle. No restaurant. No hotels and shops selling food nearby. Staff are not friendly. Allotted a non ac room initially. After I hesitated to check in, they gave the AC room as per my booking. Not a great place to stay.

The Property and location is very good .But the rooms are poory maintained ..there is no proper house keeping facility..the intercom to reception not work .no room service...Simply pathetic..

From Reception staff to security to house keeping the staff are pathetic..no room service ...no internal phone connection for reception..no wifi the property is good but not well maintained

Property access was good but the room was smelly with heater now working, when complained they said that the water heater will work but the next morning it was not working.

The location of property is terrible. You need to climb 45 steps to reach the room. No care for senior citizens at all. No food service or tea service by the hotel. Though i reserved for 2 days, i had to move after 1 days terrible stay. When contacted make my trip thru which booking was done for seeking their intervention, but only assurances were given without any relief. Hotel was not able to provide any helpand as a result considering medical emergency for my wife who couldn't even take a step we had to move out of hotel after one by sacrificing the reservation for 1 day. Still no communication was received from make my trip on the pendency of 1 days payment towards my reservation m. It's a horrible experience from thd hotel as well as make my trip in terms of casual and indifferent approach towards the serious concerns raised from time to time.

My stay was decent, with a few ups and downs. The basic amenities were available, and the room was fairly comfortable. However, there were some areas that could use improvement, such as cleanliness and service efficiency. It wasn’t a bad experience, but there’s definitely room for enhancement to make it more enjoyable

Nice hotel service. Locality is far away from mainstream goa tourism spot, but can explore the other side of goa and are close to nature

Room space is good. But in washrooms plumbing accessories not proper. Room service was not upto the mark.

The rooms were good and basic facilities were ensured by the management. No facility for food. The surroundings are less well maintained (gardens, lawn, etc)

The place has no connectivity except by car or taxi. Even tea or coffee is not available in the hotel. No restaurant is there. The management is not courteous. Altogether a sickening experience.

Location accessibility has been comfortable, as property lies in the main roads, but services need to be improved, as this has been isolated and far place from market.

Farmagudi residency is a very comfortable stay. It's an enormous property at a prime location. Restaurant needs to be open. Otherwise everything is good. Staff is very hospitable. Good budget stay.

Location is awesome but there is no restaurant in the premises for a government property i give 4 stars
