Review Of Sri Durga Residency

Rooms were decent but the provided service was not good. There was no one in reception to address our basic needs and the reception person's mobile number was not reachable at any time. The bathroom commode was unclean and the tap was leaking as well. There was no drinking water kept in the room, and no phone places to ring up at reception for emergency purposes. The TV remote wasn't working and when asked to replace it, the concerned person did not turn up for more than an hour. Pathetic service During the power cut at night we called the host to look into the issue but the issue was not addressed at the earliest again we had to call the host to get it done. Caretakers are not that polite and refund policy is not available for any of booked rooms. This place is not recommended. Book it own interest.

Great stay with nice restaurant on the top floor. Ambience was great at the restaurant.

There is no proper maintenance of the room. Ex tv not working, heater not working, no tissue paper in the toilet and no wifi

The rooms were good but there was no water, hand soap or even for that matter towel was given. We had to literally ask and then they provided. The location where it is, doesn’t have much food option honestly. It’s overpriced. There was no hot water provided except for the morning time.

Let me tell you honestly about few attributes of this property. 1. Room size is big as shown in picture, but general commodity absent, almirah was very old. 2. The window sight is really nice, this is the only great thing about this property. 3. No house taker carer is there, some time you will wonder that to whom you have to complain. 4. No phone, no water jug, no food facility. No laundry service (however they claim that if you give your cloths, they will deliver you after 3 days, completely irritating overall, it is good for bachelor, not for family.

Very worst experience i ever had at hillstations. Ugly rooms with stinking smell. No routine cleaning. Very old furniture and damaged sofa. No room service at all. No receptionist at reception fr enquiring. Plzz never choose.

The hotel was neat and had all the facilities. The restaurant above was good too. The view of sky park from the hotel was amazing.

Booked it based on some reviews but the ambience was worst. Totally disappointed. Cost is too high but the result was very bad.

This is my second time to sri durga residency. Their service has been the best part. Always available and taking care of customers is important and they do it to utmost level. We booked suite room which are spacious for couple with a good view. Thanks for your service.

Good and friendly manner, staff are very polite, but disadvantage there is no swiggy and zomato order are take that location

Best place to stay, food is available on roof top, i saw lots people are coming to have dinner here. Staff are nice

As a couple initially, we didnt expect such a spacious room. They are situated next to sky park which is newly built theme park in yercaud, so spending the time would be great. Hotel receptionist/manager were so good and responded quickly.

The hotel was good. But it need some maintenance. Staff was good. Located in nice place with a great view.

Be kind and avoid this place, you will lose your money and get upset If you want to go on a happy trip with your family, here everything from the bed to the toilet was dirty.So please avoid this Durga residency hotel.😠

It was a very comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly. The view from the rooms are good. Located in a prime spot, it was easy to travel to any tourist destination. The rooms were very clean.

When we checked in. There was no water. The flush tank was leaking. There is no proper attendants. They are not taking anything seriously.

Had a very good deal with the hotel! We very much like the hotel with its hospitality and the awesome view from hotel 🤩🤩 Will visit again if we visit Yercaud
