The property owner asks for extra money he is totally fruad he gives silly reasons and asks extra money the property didnt allow me to check-in and asked extra money for checkin

I need a hotel, nothing too special. and the hotel room wasn’t fresh. The bed hadn’t been cleaned either — there were lots of tiny hairs. The bathroom also wasn’t anything special."

My suggestion is: never book this hotel in your life. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. When I first went to this hotel, the person at the reception immediately asked me how much I had booked the hotel for. When I told him the actual price I got it for, this person directly refused to give me a room. I was about to go and talk to MakeMyTrip customer care, and he said, 'Go ahead and talk, I still won't give you a room.' Then he called someone and asked how much Monu Kumar's hotel booking was for. When he found out that my booking was for a lower amount but he had received more money, only then did this person say, 'Okay, you can take the room.' I didn't want to, but I was very sick, so I had to take the room out of compulsion. There wasn't even drinking water in the room. And when I woke up in the morning to use the toilet, there was absolutely no water there either. I was very frustrated. I had to ask for a bottle of water with a blanket and use that. The bathroom, the room—nothing was clean. I checked out at 11:35 AM, and they told me I'd have to pay extra. They argued with me a lot. I explained the 2-hour early check-out policy from MakeMyTrip, and then they said, 'Don't book online again if you want to come here.' I silently listened and left because my body was shaking a lot from fever. My request to MakeMyTrip is to delist this hotel. I request you, MakeMyTrip 🙏.

Your booking was worst. They not allot a room to me.

Worst manager, who don't have common sense. He took 1 hr 30 mnts to checkin process. With lots of arguments. On morning 4 am will never book on mmt in future.

Unprofessional check in counter. Was rude and had no idea. Had to escalate the matter to mm t to get it resolved.

This hotel is not at all good condition to continue. Nothing is maintained well here. The cost mentioned by booking app is not considered by hotel admin. They are demanding almost double the cost per day as mentioned in the app. So dont book for low cost. If you want to book hotel to have bad experience then book this hotel

Really very very bad experience.. Also no hot water room cleaning is not good. No hot water overall experience is pathetic.

hotel stay was average. Inside utilities were not good including bed, cupboard, cleaning and other things too. Bathroom was terrible as there is basin pipe was broken, no toiletries given, unhygienic washroom, no facilities for hot water and many more. Hotel owner refused to accept my adhar card to saying this is not original. Same adharcard i used every place including bank, other hotel, flights and trains. He was advising pay at hotel.

The hotel was very bad and the hotel owner was terrible. Not good at alll. I will never go to that hotel again. No balncket no light no water. Dirty toilet

We checked in at 2 am. The person at the reception asked for rs 200 extra to give the room keys. Also the reception person was drunk. We were forced to pay rs 200 cash to him to get out room key.

The owner demanded for extra money and i have to give it to him. There is no facility at all. Bedsheets were spoiled with some women's hairs. Blanket was like a bedsheet and very old one. Bathroom was smelly. Overall it was very dirty, unhygienic and no room service. Wardrobes were broken. No soap or any other things were provided.

I was asked for more money for the happiness where i was not happy with bed bugs. Taken too long for check in, asked to pay directly which i already paid through online. Bed bugs are friendly and biting me with love, my deodorant first time failed and winning goes to rooms smell. They mistakenly added photos of other hotels which give a nice impression (first and only through the web. Overall a good experience to be careful in the future.

They demanded extra money and provided bill with another hotel's name. Staffs were very rude and arrogant. They didn't provide welcome facility.

A very dirty hotel. Dirt and old, unused furnitures lying around everywhere. Horribly stinky rooms. Bathroom dirty. Had to pay 100rs xtra as the person who was on desk said that mm t doesnt let them show the true price. No towel, soaps, toothbrush provided. But in this budget i dont think anybody should expect anything.

I book hotel they asking for extra money for me ther are saying address near by hotel i don't give u hotel u want to hotel then u pay extra money
