Our stay was really good. The property is well maintained and located in a peaceful area. They provided all the necessary items for cooking, and we prepared our own food, which was convenient. The place was cleaned every day, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with guests. Thanks to the owner for keeping such kind-hearted and polite people. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Location: The location is convenient and easily accessible. It’s close to supermarkets, medical stores, and local restaurants. Public transport and cab services (Ola, Uber) were easily available. The only downside is the Bangalore traffic — travelling during peak hours can take longer than expected. Facilities: The apartment was clean and well maintained. Wi-Fi, hot water, and power backup worked fine. The housekeeping staff were polite and responsive. There’s good security and parking space available.

maintenance of the property was okay.. but the kitchen utensils were not good .. recommended to take your own vessels if planning to stay for longer periods or staying with kid ventilation was also not good

Shubham is a well maintained service apartment. They had a good internet facility that was v useful for us. Has a supermarket right next door and A2B within walking distance. The owner was v courteous and warm when I called from the airport to let him know of my arrival at the apt, which was rather late, thanks to the horrible traffic.

the property was pros nd cons are here pros - 1. property was in city limits and near by places were accessible 2. ⁠property also near to lot of restaurants and it was a residential hence no noise cons - 1. property did not had any duty manager the helpers or staff was handling all the bookings 2. ⁠small cockroaches all over the kitchen nd dining area 3. ⁠flats don’t have ventilation 4. ⁠kitchenette were not clean 5. ⁠room freshers were not their 6. ⁠fridge was barely operational
