Review Of Specious 4 BHK Villa with Big Pool

Pros- villa was spacious 4 bedroom can easily accommodate 12 people also it has a big space near the swimming pool where you can enjoy some outdoor games. Cons - 1. Place is not at all maintained 2. No toiletries provided 3. Rooms had smell 4. No functional kitchen 5. Bedsheets were dirty. 6. Food was pathetic we could not eat it. 7. No positive wibe in the place as it's not at all maintained. 8. Next day some of the food item we bought was missing. 9. Not recommended property.

the care taker was drunk! the bed sheets were filthy dirty! the place was not maintained! pool was not clean! one of the worst stay i have ever experienced!

The house was not in a good condition especially the kitchen it was messy and they did not provide us with the gas cylinder and even the oven wasnt working. Thetv was not working at all we stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days only the good part was the pool rest the stay was not that great

The stay was amazing and the property was also good. The pool was also well maintained. And the free space was also ample to play around. Overall loved my stay over here

The stay was okay but the pool was pathetic we even asked them to clean it but they didn’t cooperate till the end

1. Overall location, cleanliness, space is good 2. Care taker sandip is very good and cooperative. 3. Number and location given on mm t seems incorrect as person responded as wrong number and then received call from other number. 4. Co ordinators on phone are not responding properly on time.

The villa was plenty big. The pool was sufficiently clean. The caretaker was very helpful and was available for all our needs. The hygiene level was decent with clean sheets and towels. The kitchen was fully functional with all the utensils available. Carrom and badminton were also available. Although the location was different from that mentioned and was far from the city centre, hence nothing was available in the property's vicinity. Overall very value for money and can recommend it

terrible worst experience in my life at lonavala there is no care taker at the property who can look after the issues the villa is so unhygienic I can't say beds curtains bed sheets blankets pillows floor kitchen full of cockroach 🪳 bad smell stinking wash rooms are so dirty we have to clean the floor wash rooms on our own Mr laxman didnt even come to look his men came and did nothing there is no wifi no filter water no gas it's not worth wasting money in green land villa don't go for this villa you will waste your time energy and money

We stayed two nights at this property and found to be satisfactory, comfortable stay. Experienced total privacy. Overall we enjoyed!

Gas is not available inside the kitchen, also there is a large mosquito and no availability of mosquito liquid. Property is good but service is too bad. Also the swimming pool is filled with dirty water. Sweeming pool cleaning not done pool cleaning done just before half hour before the check out time. Food was not hygien/oily and the chicken was not properly boiled.

Wonderful place to spent your weekend, calm and peaceful and even close to the bus station
