Hospitality was great and room service is excellent with good complimentary foods. Always suggest to all my friends and family

Good ambience and a comfortable stay. The reception was very cordial and helpful. Ample parking space also available.

it's a old property with old rooms not so good

Facilities are getting old and need maintenance.There was false ceiling leak on first floor.Toilet door in the room had paint pealing off etc

Room was average and congusted,smelling bad , bathroom was not much neat, overall it’s below average stay..

Room is okay but toilet is not much good the washroom near the common dining area is smelly. Need renovation

Very nice accomodation and all staff are very co operative. We booed for the marriage and all Hotel headed by Mr Sumod had extended all help for conducting the marriage very smooth. Thanks to Team Hotel Sopanam Heritage.

Though the property is rated 4-star, it doesn't have 4-star amenities or service.

location and food is good but the amneties are ok, maintenance of the room is average, sofa cover was very dirty.They can maitain much better than this. Bathshower was not adjustable and was useless. The mixed tap was leaking. We didn't use the bath towels due to the poor quality. The flush was not working properly. The non ac room was selected due to the unavailability of ac room. Earlier when I stayed here, may be four years back, it was very good.

We book 5 rooms and we stay for one night the room was very neat and clean staffs are very quick response

Stay was very pleasant.Pool wear was well maintained.We booked a regal AC room,rooms were neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast was too good

Had to change from the first room given as the flush was not working properly. In the next room cold water was just a trickle. The TV wouldn’t work. Had to make multiple requests. Repaired only on Day 2. Had tough time getting a kettle. Worst: went for lunch at 12.40 pm & were told that we have to wait as a Staff Meeting was in progress. Waited 10 minutes & walked out. We reached there at 3.15 pm & when asked for food, they only had biryani to offer; not even a cup of tea & biscuits.

The rooms had a foul smell, were poorly maintained, and not hygienic. Definitely not worth the money.

Found this hotel from MakeMyTrip app. Booked non AC room . The room is very dusty and not hygiene. walls are with moisture and fungal affected. Our family of 3 members had a comfortable stay at Hotel Sopanam Heritage at Guruvayur. Spacious campus, luxurious launge, professional staff, neatly maintained room with clean ambience and wash room are pleasing. It is in a calm locality, ambient parking area, less than 10 min walk to Temple.

Excellent staff service along with easy access to temple. Need improvement in cleanliness of room, toilet. Water quality was too poor.
