Our stay was comfortable and hotel offered breathtaking views and warm hospitality during the monsoon season. Cozy rooms, delicious food, and friendly staff made for a perfect stay. Highly recommend

The cool climate and stunning vistas made our stay a perfect retreat . The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this hotel for its serene ambiance and excellent hospitality.

Rooms were not hygienic and room service was also not upto the mark, bed bugs were there

poor room service . trying to call them 10 time s they dont call back . also we have to leave 9 am in the moring they dont serve breakfast also

Smile Resort is the best resort in kullu..excellent room service & very co-operative staff..very clean beautiful and peaceful environment..Zen garden & swimming pool is awesome..rooms are neat,clean& well maintained..this is surrounded by beautiful mountains ,near Beas river and Himalayan nature park... Smile resort that made this summer special for me & my family..The other name of peace is Smile Resort... Thank you Smile Resort for giving us very beautiful & pleasant environment... It was complete mess. The first day we reached hotel around 7 PM and rooms were not ready, they took 2 hours to bring our lagguage to our room.

It is a beautifully constructed new property, there are three categories of rooms deluxe, premium and luxury. Rooms are limited and some facilities are under development. Greenery is the best. Best for destination wedding. Staff is new and less and needs to improve in service.

Very near to NH easy to locate and services are very good, good staff member, spacious and clean environment
