The room was spacious but the beds were smelling Coffee/tea available only after 7am Television did not work and even after complaint they did not fix it They can improve a lot

I had a truly enjoyable stay at SLR. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was well-maintained with modern amenities.

complete room was with mosquitoes . rest facilities where fine . they need to improve hygiene . please look into this

This is a decent, comfortable, cost effective & convenient(closer to the temple, nearby hotels, bus stand) place. Goes well with individual travellers and families. The hotel is at a brilliant place that you can see the sun rising behind the magnificent kumaraparvata. I have chosen this place twice should tell you what a nice place it is.

We were happy with good spacious room. Location is walkable from the kukke subramanya temple. The property has become old. Some renovation and deep cleaning will make it good. Like changing the bedding linen (quite old and not fresh, clean rooms without leaking acs and cowebs, basic hot water kettle etc.

I booked for the wrong date by mistake. Hotel did not support in changing the date. I had to pay again for a new room and stay. Stay was pleasant though. I lost 3. 3k

Second time at this place very near to temple security and service was good everything was clean but didn’t like bed sheets

Room was spacious, neat and clean. Amenities were good. Property was close to temple. Food at restaurant was ok.

We have been staying at this place since some years, this was the fourth time. The rooms are neat and clean. Only concern is - the rugs, covering bedsheets, pillow covers, bath towels were all very old & torn. We expect good upholstery - we are paying a good price for the stay and expect better and good products - should provide value for money.

Hotel is good. Staff are supportive. Especially reception staff are very helpful able to support whenever needed

Good hotel with helpful staff. They supported us with extra beds for kids. Nearby to temple walkable distance.

The room was clean, big and spacious! staff was very helpful and the location the hotel was centralised.

The ac's are too old, may be 15 years old. Ac's are not working properly. Rooms were not cleaned properly. I have showed that to the manager as well. Moreover i have filled the feedback sheet in the hotel room for the rooms 401 & 402. Bedsheets & pillow covers are stinking like hell. Very bad experience.

Situated close to the temple, but too expensive. Just water is complimentary, with no toothpaste, which is a basic necessity.

Hotel was good centrally located, good value for money.
