Cleanliness, Amenities, Host, Location, and Check-in Experience were the highlights of this property. The flat was well-maintained, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The host was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. However, the flat was on the 2nd floor without a lift, and the living room could get hot without AC. Overall, it was a great property with excellent amenities and a helpful host in a peaceful location.

The property had all the listed amenities and we could find any small thing we needed. The flat was well equipped with essential requirements like a refrigerator, microwave, water purifier, and washing machine. The rooms were mildly furnished as the bed quality was good. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils. The property was well furnished and equipped with an eye for detail. The furniture, appliances, and the unending amenities and kitchen supplies were exceptional.
Host
The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing all the information needed to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The owner was super helpful and responsive. The hosts from Nirvana Abode were available, courteous, extremely professional, and all-in-all the hosts that we would recommend to anybody. Shane and Marlon were very responsive and did respond very quickly to all our asks. Marlon, the property manager, was pretty cool, helpful, and accommodated all our requests. Shane was a wonderful host and was extremely hospitable and was quick to respond to any queries that I had.
Location
The location of the property was fantastic, close to everything one wanted to see and do but also quiet. The vicinity was quiet and perfect for a long stay for people who prefer privacy and a noise-free environment. The apartment was nestled in a very beautiful place called Penha de França, which was peaceful and harmonious. The location was fine if one could drive a bit themselves. The balcony view was amazing in the evening. The property had a great balcony view and was located in a wonderful location. The only downside was the location was very far from the beach.
Check-in Experience
The check-in process was the smoothest experienced so far. The auto check-in was the highlight because the guest arrived late at night and it wouldn't have been as smooth without it. The stay was seamless and smooth.
