The staff are friendly and helpful; however, the property does need more staff to take care of the cleanliness of the room, toilet and the swimming pool. We noticed outsiders or non-residents of the property coming to the swimming pool, dipping their dirty feet and taking pictures. There are bushes around the swimming pool and outside sitting areas, dogs roaming around for food. The most uncomfortable piece was the thin ceiling through which we could hear every single word spoken upstairs and had to tolerate extreme noise and footsteps from the residents above. The bathroom was extremely dirty and no one cleaned the rooms during our 3 day and 2 nights stay. However, mr. Bose and abhisekh were extremely nice, approachable and worked hard to arrange the logistics but i think they need more staff to make their system sustainable.
