Dear Ajay Sir, Greetings ! We are really feel apologies that your stay was terrible with us its very disappointing for us that you didn't enjoyed your stay with us.I belive our rooms bed are enough cozy which gives best sleep quality to our guest. Apart about your feedback I would like to enlighten few points in front of you. Sir we have showed you choices of rooms during your arrival but you took that which was top of kitchen so I agreed on that food fragrance will be there which you called it " Smell" and it is a hotel so without food definitely we can't run it without food service. Secondly, for TV complaints our staff already visited to your room but u denied to fix it later so he have been back. Over in Signature nest we known for best cleanliness of rooms and food service. Our kitchen is small I agreed on that also but its catered our all guest needs and we believe to provide our best service to guest and its a boutique budget friendly property so we are unable to provide such extensive service in our segment. In future we promise that you will get best of our services.
