Nyc guest house. I can recommend my known person

Location is direct communication, bathroom very terrible, mouse is int-he room, when we have it not good in condition, 4th floor it is difficulty to go up down because i am asthmatic person. When i saw the booked in terrible condition i cancel-led and take another room by paying extra money. This is happening at varanasi at hotel kashika. Another terrible at ayodya, where no light in bathroom. No door curtain in window and it openly shows outside there is no basin any place. No mirror for dressing. No table, and zero service in above two hotels. At mathura also same thing room is odd smell, no cleaning, and zero service above all hotels miserable condition i am feeling. What shows the picture and write there is nothing.. Nothing amenities at any hotel.

Staff behaviour was very rude. My family left the room in same day. This is not acceptable. Location is not good.

Rooms are not cleaned. No attached bath room and under construction room. Any one can watch you easily as there is no window screen. The common bath room is also not clean. The bathroom door has a top j ally for take photo or video from outside or watch the activity. The worst option to stay here. Don't book this. It's better to stay at railway platform.

Very very bad. He does not know how to treat people well. The room is not worth the money. The room has no glass windows. Bad bathroom. Very bad bed. They have a dog that disturbs a lot. In the end it can be said a very bad experience.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. They were sharing my attached bathroom with other tenants. How could they do that. I was with my family, and a bunch of bachelor folks were using the same bath room attached to my room. There is another door from outside people kept knockong that door saying they want to use the bathroom. So nasty, and they say that they joined first and they were arguing with me without any sense. One of the folks was even peeping into the bathroom window. So annoying. It was morning around 6am and there was no one in the reception to talk to. I like to complain about this so no other family goes there to stay in. I also need my money refunded, or else i will raise a dispute.
