I visited Ayodhya during the peak time of the Dipotsav and Diwali celebration. The homestay is behind Shri Ram Mandir. The price is economical with a modest stay. Hospitality is appreciable. I would like to stay again in the future as I am a minimalist and love economical, simple and modest stays.

Ramchandra homestay is conveniently located at a walking distance from Shri Ram Janmabhoomi. You will find this property especially suitable if you like taking strolls and taking in the view of the streets en route to Ayodhyaโs tourist attractions. We stayed for 4 days. Our sojourn covered Diwali. At eleven in the night weโd no problems walking back from Ram Mandir, Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, Dashrath Mahal and Raj Dwar to our homestay. Even though the streets stretching between here and these places were somewhat deserted at that late hour, there were plenty of policemen to make you feel safe. Apart from the venues that are always mentioned in the list of must visit spots, if you take a walk from here to Shree Ram Janmabhoomi, you will come across an array of smaller and beautiful temples like Sundar Sadan, Luv Kush Mandir, Shree Ram Lala Devsthanam, Shree Jagannath Mandir and Amawa Mandir. Our room offered a split air conditioner and western style toilet. You can dry your clothes on the rooftop, under a shed and grill that is protected from monkeys. If itโs your first time in Ayodhya, Nishtha will tell you how to get where and what will suit you better. As per the rules we were supposed to check out around 11:00 am. Our train was scheduled to arrive at 5:15 pm. We were slightly worried about where weโd stay during these few hours. Since there was no booking for that room after us, Nishtha allowed us to stay a few more hours. We checked out at 3:15 pm.

I had really good stay with my family, food and to get other essentials everything is very near by, all the temples and tourist attractions are very nearby too (ram mandir is 480m away from the stay) , its quite peaceful and calm .

A home away home. A good property to stay. Value to your money. It's very much proximity to the Ram temple, Kanak Bhavan, Hanuman Garhi and a calm place to stay. Host cares much and guides a lot. Helps you in visiting holy places and explaining about uniqueness and history of places in Ayodhya. Amenities are good enough. A/C, Wifi, Power back up, and regular house keeping are maintained well. A place to who loves to stay away from town environment and best for your money. Food also they are providing on demand and it is delicious and premium quality home made.

Location is quite nice at calm place where Ram Mandir is at wlikng distance. Kanak Bhavan is also walking distance from this stay. Electric auto easily available to move anywhere in city. The most important thing is that Landlord is very much cooperative and always available to assist guest. we stayed six guests with my 2 years son and enjoyed. Always recommend.
