Poor sta
group1)First of all, We really struggled finding the location. 2) There was no geyser in all rooms which is a big minus 3) No attached bathrooms in few rooms which was not disclosed. 4) Cleanliness was average.There was cockroach in one out of 9 rooms. 5) Only best part was food which was excellent. We had 3 times thali there which was amazing.

coupleWe are a old couple, in 70s, and visited ayodhya. We tried to reach out to the hotel several times from 9 am to 11 am as we landed to the airport but the hotel did not respond. The taxi driver was unable to locate the address as there is some mismatch in the location provided, what is available on the google and the real location. We had sent messag but the hotel manager did not call back. It was only after escalating via the customer care that the hotel received the call and called us back.

Saraswati luxurius home stay at ayodya is comfortable. But location showing in the google map is deceiving. It is showing near to railway station and ram janma bhoomi temple. But it is 5km away from that place. I might not book this hotel if i know the location while booking.

Saraswati luxurious home stay hotel is only 4. 5km away from ayodhya janmabhoomi, and the hotel is very clean, the staff there is very nice, they take great care of their guests.
