Worst experience ever! I booked this hotel, and it was a total disaster. I arrived around 5:30 PM even though the room was booked from 9 AM, but they said rooms weren’t available — then why take bookings and mark them as non-refundable? The room they finally gave was filthy: dirty bedsheets with hair, unclean bathroom, broken floor, muddy footprints, and a dusty, non-working AC. They charged service tax but provided zero service. No towel, no soap, no bucket, no mug. The staff were rude, arrogant. The manager behaved horribly and disrespected my elderly parents (60+ years). We ordered tea twice in the mornings but never got it. When we asked for a lock room, they said “none available.” I paid for three nights but left after two because it was unbearable. Shame on the hotel !

Towel unavailable, room & bed was not clean, blanket was smelling, glass was not available on the window, Washroom was not clean, hotel is not good. proper locker room was not there, TV was not working, can't explain in words how much bad experience that was

Unhygienic and poorly maintained hote
In photos, this property looks good, but in reality, it is not well maintained. Many cocroches and insects are there in the entire room. I would say that it was not worthy. I would recommend not to book such hotel, better go ujjain and see the property first, and then only book.

Loction is good, food is bad, amenities is poor, and service are very very bakwas, first the maneger are very bad behavior, becouse 2 hour late cheek out, they want room charge for one day, i say onday before to night maneger that cheek out can bi late for puja purpose, the maneger told me no matter, but morning maneger want money, but i do not pay, all public k look tha drama. Very bad hotel.

Do not stay here coz its not worth at all, do not waste your money.
This is not hotel its a dharamshala & i think dharmshala is better than this, it stinks so bad, coridors not clean rooms not clean at all unhygienic enviorment and cockroaches also in the room, same day we shifted another hotel, staff is untrained & very bad behaviour, dont waste your money to stay here, its a bad hotel, makemytrip remove this hotel from your services its just not worth it.

Food, hygiene & safety
Check-in time at 0930h, we reached early and have to wait despite rooms were vacant. Direct customers were entertained immediately with higher profit. Food quality was poor. Hygiene & safety was average. Room was well maintained and stay was comfortable.
